Palaver Records returned October 28, 2016 with another showcase held at The East Room, this time around to celebrate Halloween. This Friends of the Fringe event featured Blackfoot Gypsies, Gringo Star, Chrome Pony, SEXX, and the Boo Dudes with KDSML & Spice J holding down the after party and Silver Cord Cinema and Sun Lines Art providing mind-melting visuals.
